Sn60Pb40 Tin Lead Solder Wire
Sn60Pb40
Tin Lead Solder Wire
Sn60Pb40 tin lead solder wire is a commonly used electronic solder alloy with a melting range around 183–190°C. Available diameter starts from 0.38mm. It offers good solderability, smooth flow, and stable joint formation for general PCB assembly, repair, maintenance, and conventional electronic soldering.
A general-purpose tin-lead solder wire for electronics.
Sn60Pb40 is one of the classic tin-lead solder wire options for electronic soldering. Compared with Sn63Pb37, it has a small melting range rather than a sharp eutectic point, but still provides good wetting, reliable soldering behavior, and broad process compatibility for manual soldering and repair applications.
General-Purpose Alloy
Suitable for many common electronic soldering applications.
Good Wetting
Provides smooth solder flow and clean joint appearance.
Easy Operation
Friendly for hand soldering, repair, and maintenance work.
Stable Supply
Available in different diameters, flux types, and packaging formats.
